The project was built by a family team as a technical product. Core development is complete, but sustained growth requires systematic work on marketing, customer acquisition, and sales. We've decided to focus on other projects and hand Cardyfy over to a team that can dedicate more attention to growth and promotion.
Why Cardyfy Was Created
The project idea came from a desire to test in practice whether the high AI infrastructure costs often considered mandatory for launching AI products are truly justified.
Our engineering experience, including software and game development, suggested that for many practical tasks, simpler and more cost-effective solutions could be found without constant dependency on expensive cloud services.
During development, we confirmed that many in-demand AI features can run on own hardware with minimal operating costs. Cardyfy became a practical proof of this approach: the service uses local image processing and doesn't depend on cloud AI API payments per user request.

Monthly Costs
Current operating costs are minimal
At current usage levels, the service runs on the free tiers of the platforms used. The main cost is electricity for the local GPU server (home computer).
The client-side architecture is designed to minimize server load. Data needed for the editor is stored on the user side, allowing most operations without constant server interaction.
Thanks to this approach, the service consumes almost no server resources during normal editor use and currently fits entirely within the free tiers of the platforms used. The main load occurs only during AI image processing.
As the audience grows, additional costs will primarily be tied to AI processing volume and image transfer — that is, paid features that directly generate revenue.
